Jesper Levin
Jesper successfully prosecutes complex patent cases to issuance, and he represents clients in Opposition and Appeal proceedings at the European Patent Office (EPO) as an IPR and Business development advisor.
He also attends personal interviews on a regular basis at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in Washington D.C.
Jesper is a registered European Patent Attorney (EPA) and a member of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (EPI). He is a court-appointed technical judge with the Eastern Division of the Danish High Court in Copenhagen.
Jesper is a member of EPI, DAIPA, FIR, AIPPI, and LES Scandinavia.

Camilla is responsible for case management and general IP administration at Jesper Levin A/S. Camilla has more than 20 years of experience with IP administration. Camilla holds a Master’s degree in English from Copenhagen Business School, and she is a member of the Board of Directors at Jesper Levin A/S.

Marianne is responsible for accounts payable and administration at Jesper Levin A/S. Marianne has an extensive experience in accountancy and a background from banking.

IT and security
Oliver is responsible for IT security and for managing the IT infrastructure at Jesper Levin A/S.
Jesper Thorsen

Jesper is an in-house IP advisor at a large Danish medical device company and has extensive experience from private practice. Jesper is a registered European Patent Attorney and a member of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi). He is also a member of the Board of Appeal before the Danish Patent and Trademark Office (PVS). Jesper joined the Board of Directors at Jesper Levin A/S in 2020.
