Jesper successfully prosecutes complex patent cases to issuance, and he represents clients in Opposition and Appeal proceedings at the European Patent Office (EPO) as an IPR and Business development advisor.
He also attends personal interviews on a regular basis at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in Washington D.C.
Jesper is a registered European Patent Attorney (EPA) and a member of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (EPI). He is a court-appointed technical judge with the Eastern Division of the Danish High Court in Copenhagen.
Jesper is a member of EPI, DAIPA, FIR, AIPPI, and LES Scandinavia.
